At Splash Blaster™, we process and ship orders to different countries. Our goal is to make sure your purchase arrives safely and within the estimated timeframe.
This policy applies to all international orders, unless the consumer protection laws of the customer’s country provide additional or greater rights. In that case, we will comply with the applicable law.
Order Processing
All orders go through a processing time of 2 to 4 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During this period, we review, prepare, and process your order before shipping it.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once the order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Please note that the tracking number may take 24 to 72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Orders With Multiple Products
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates, depending on the available warehouse or distribution center.
This does not mean that any products are missing; each package may have its own delivery time and tracking information.
